National Chocolate Cake Day

I will be posting some new information today concerning my thriving newest business, "The Gourmet Cupboard". Today is National Chocolate Cake Day. And, yes, you guessed it, we have a mix for that. It is theDouble Chocolate Bundt Cake Mix. Deliciously decadent and downright divine!! Simply add eggs and oil. I also have a handy recipe for the icing.


FOR THE GLAZE
3 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
4 ounces (1/2 liquid cup) heavy cream
2 Tablespoons unsalted butter
2 tablespoons brewed coffee
Grated dark chocolate, for garnish
