Rather than take part in the familiar "What am I grateful for today...." social media blunderings, I have decided to check into other ways to consider what it means to be grateful every day of the year, instead of just November, or even worse, just on Thanksgiving.
This past year I have been working on being more mindful of myself, my attitudes and my actions. I have fallen, deeply, a few times; but I have made some interesting progress. But, that is another post for another day or year.
